Review by Tim Knox: If you want your database web-enabled without programming, Polar Studio is the fastest solution I've ever seen, but if you want to build large applications you still need to be able to write scripted code (VB/JAVA)
I would reate it:
"Great" for simple database to web migration
"Good" for web-application development
